Birmingham Clothes Show Live

So yesterday I headed down to Birmingham for the Clothes Show Live. Here is a little review on the day including personal slip ups!
With a 5am wake up, I was rather excited about the bargains and garments what lay ahead.
Wanting to find a perfect outfit, I planned everything the night before. I chose a black no-sleeved scuba dress with a white polo top underneath and a beige fur waistcoat over the top. Since it was freeeezzzing, I wore it with tights and heeled boots.
At 6:20am, I began my journey in my little car to pick my friends up before we went to McDonald's for breakfast. Picking up from four locations, I was starving and couldn't wait to demolish my pancakes with syrup on the coach. But before I could even think about that, my car broke down. I wanted to sit and cry and with five minutes to make it to the coach car park at Uni, I didn't know what to do but luckily, it eventually started.
We did manage to get to the car park for 7am -phewwwwww-

Settling into my seat, me and my friends were really excited about the day until I shouted ... "I FORGOT TO PAY MY PARKING!!" they all ,however, found this hilarious.
Could my day get any worse? Yes it could because I also left my McDonald's in the car!
So sending a text to my Dad telling him the situation, he wasn't exactly impressed with me but he did go and pay my parking for me and sort my car out so it was working well for when I returned.
The traffic was just horrendous on the way. But six hours later at 13:15pm we arrived!

This pictures just shows how busy it was!

I was so excited of what bargains I could get my hands on. Walking in, I was shocked to see how many 13 year olds were there! Screaming and shouting at everything in sight. Especially Jamie from Made in Chelsea as his range Candy Kitten was there. (I did purchase a keyring)

We did miss our original Fashion Show time due to traffic but we were able to exchange our tickets for a later time.
The theme for the catwalk was America. With tunes such as New York - Taylor Swift and Bruno Mars the end result was outstanding.
Before the start of the show

The models were just stunning. The figures, the hair, the makeup and everything. They were just wow.

The finale

Leaving Birmingham rather skint, tired and depressed (due to the stunning models) I had the most incredible day. From seeing a variety of celebrities to finding amazing bargains and despite only being there for just over three hour, I had the best day ever.

Arriving back in Sunderland at around 9pm, I was so happy to be sitting in my car -which actually started-. With my boot filled with exciting new products and my pillow, I was so ready for my bed.
What I bought!

Above shows what I bought. I only spent £35 and got over £200 worth of cosmetics. I was, well still am buzzing.
Below shows my favourite purchase of the day, a top from Oh My Love which says Best Bitches.
